FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is your product made out of?

A: Ultra thin self-adhesive matte vinyl

Q: Can I remove it after it has been applied?

A: Our products are easily removed and will NOT leave any sticky residue behind.  If you have applied the product to a less porous surface we recommend using a blow dryer to warm up the decal for easier removal.

Q: Is your product re-usable?

A: No.  Our products are not re-usable nor can they be repositioned once they are applied.

Q: Will it work on all surfaces?

A: Smooth surfaces work best.  Make sure it is clean and dry before applying.

Q: Will my decal stick to textured surfaces?

A: Surfaces such as orange peel and other light textures are fine.

Q: What surfaces do NOT work for this product?

A: Heavily textured surfaces like stucco.  Not only will it not stick to the rough texture but will most likely puncture the decal.  This product also does not adhere well to fabric and unpainted canvas.  Paper based materials such as wallpaper will work, but it is not recommended unless you are interested in a permanent application as it could ruin the wallpaper upon removal.

Q: Can you apply them in a bathroom?

A: Yes you can.  Just make sure the surface is clean and completely dry.  You can apply decals to bathroom walls, tiles, toilets, glass and shower curtains.

Q: I just painted my walls.  How long should I wait before applying?

A: It is recommended that you wait 2 weeks for the paint to completely cure and dry.  If you apply before the paint is fully dry, you will most likely remove paint when you remove your decals.
